The Caspian seal has been inscribed into the Dagestan Red Data Book!
Finally, it has happened. On April 12, the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan No. 80 was signed; the Caspian seal was inscribed into the Red Book of Dagestan. We sincerely congratulate all those who worried about these endangered creatures and struggled for their saving and conservation.
